No matter what event you’re training for, everyone will be doing the APFT (Army Physical Fitness Test). The test consists for 2-minute max push-ups<\/a>, 2-minute max sit-up, and a 2 mile timed run.<\/p>\n You can read the exact standards for each movement here<\/a>.<\/p>\n To see what your target goals should be for each portion of the test based on your gender and age, you can view the standards here<\/a>.<\/p>\n To find out if you pass\/fail, use this APFT Calculator<\/a>.
