    1. You can take the ruck off for the push-ups. Flutter kicks are with ruck held overhead. Ruck curls are obviously ruck off. Other than that, it is ruck on. Have fun 🙂

    1. If you do take a break, just imagine the cadre yelling at you the whole time to hurry up.
