GORUCK Heavy Training:

Ruck 7 Miles with your event weight or greater.

GORUCK Tough Training:

Ruck 5 Miles with your event weight or greater.

GORUCK Light Training:

Ruck 3 Miles with your event weight or greater.

Training Notes:

Just another day of rucking.
